    A Walnut Hill man lost his life last Monday when the vehicle he was driving ran off the roadway and struck a tree around 7 p.m. Clayton Joseph Cagle, 31, was traveling east on State Road 297 (Pine Forest Road) east of Pelt Road when he failed to maintain control of the 1999 GMC Yukon he was driving.
