    Republican challenger Mike Blackmon has filed suit challenging the results of the Nov. 8 General Election which showed him losing to incumbent Democratic Sheriff Randy Brock by two votes following a recount of ballots in Conecuh County.     A 22-year old Atmore resident who was convicted in July, 2020, for enticing an 8-year old for immoral purposes is back in the Escambia County Jail on two counts of violating Alabama's Sexual Offender and Notification Act.
