    The Town of Jay held a Wreaths Across America sponsored memorial event on Saturday, Dec. 15 at Jay Cemetery, where more than 300 wreaths were sponsored to be laid on veteran’s graves at eleven cemeteries in Jay and the surrounding communities. Volunteers from the Jay High School Student Government Association assist veterans and others in placing wreaths at the Jay, Mount Carmel and Dixonville Community Cemeteries.
