    A Brewton woman already out on bond on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance was arrested early Friday morning in East Brewton after the allegedly tried to toss four baggies of methamphetamine out the window of her vehicle.     Jay Pharmacy has stopped filling any prescriptions for their customers beginning on Friday, Feb. 16, although the store remains open for other purchases.
