    An Atmore man was jailed on felony drug charges and given a $1 million bond when he appeared before District Judge Eric Coale for a bond hearing. Keith Lamor Williams, 48, 221 East 4th St., was charged with trafficking, unlawful possession of marijuana I and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.     An attempt by a man with addresses in Mobile and Texas was arrested after being accused of using a drone to deliver contraband to inmates at the Fountain Correctional Institute in Atmore.     It's that time of year again and this weekend will be the 21st Jay Pro Rodeo at 8 p.m., this Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, at the Ted May Arena located on Highway 4 in Jay. Last year's rodeo was the largest attendance in the history of the event, probably because it was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19.
