    The town of Flomaton reopened the walking trails at town parks and the fishing lake at Hurricane Park Tuesday afternoon with some restrictions.     A Flomaton woman was arrested Tuesday on a warrant stemming from a March 11 search warrant and charged with multiple drug charges that included trafficking methamphetamine.     A Century man was arrested May 4 and is facing a felony battery charge after deputies responding to an unknown disturbance complaint in Century discovered blood and an argument where the use of a knife was involved.
