Zachary Hunter White, son of Chris and Brandy White of Flomaton, has been named the winner of this year’s Solon Lee Gandy Memorial Scholarship. With a grade point average of 3.0 at Flomaton High School, White has played several years of baseball and football. The American Red Cross will be in Atmore from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, June 7, at Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union located at 201 S. Main Street.
