    A Jay man was arrested June 5 in Navarre, Fla., after cell phone footage revealed he pointed a weapon at a resident who was recording him speeding.     The town of Jay will proceed with its annual Fourth of July celebration but the annual events in East Brewton, Century and Flomaton have been canceled.     A Century man who allegedly fired shots at a man he suspected was trying to burglarize his residence Monday is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault.
