    A Brewton man arrested in early May for two counts of rape II for having sex with a 14-year old girl, has been charged again on rape II charges by the Brewton Police Department. Davely Austin Miller, 20, 119 East Rankin St., was charged with rape II involving the same 14-year old girl that led to the original charge by the East Brewton Police Department.     The Flomaton Town Council agreed to combine its two lines of credit into one payment, freeing up the credit lines should the town need cash to finish out the year. During a special meeting last Thursday the council voted to combine about $287,000 in line of credit debt at Escambia County Bank and United Bank with a single payment to Escambia County Bank.
