    Three Atmore men have been arrested on murder charges for the June 19 shooting death of Joseph R. Liebe, 24, in Pace. Marcus Terel Dickinson, 29, 7400 Jack Spring Road, Ja'Cobey Quartise James, 20, 568 Atmosphere Road, and Ty'Jerrious Keon Malone, 20, Freemanville Road, were arrested and charged with murder.     A Conecuh County woman has been arrested on charges connected to the double homicide just two weeks ago in the Johnsonville community. Vera Moorer, 27, of Conecuh County, has been charged with kidnapping II and is being held under a $1 million bond in the Conecuh County Jail.     An Atmore man was arrested on two counts of arson II after being accused to intentionally setting fire to a vacant residence on two separate occasions. John Edward Norwood, 38, 165 West Road, was arrested June 22 by Atmore police and transported to the Escambia County Detention Center.
