    A shooting incident Wednesday afternoon of last week at Monroe County Hospital in Monroeville left a Mineola man dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.     The second victim who was hospitalized after being hit by vehicles July 6 crossing Highway 29 in Century died last Wednesday at Sacred Heart Hospital. Jessica Ann Mathis, 34, of Brewton died from the injuries she received that night. Jenny Lum Ackerman, 53, also of Brewton died the night of the incident.
