An Atmore teenager is being held on $200,000 bond after being charged with sexual abuse of a child less than 12 for allegedly having a 2-year old fondle him. Kevin Dalton Jimenez, 18, 565 Bama Road, Atmore, was arrested earlier this week. Court records state that the day after his 18th birthday, Jimenez subjected the young child to the sexual act. The victim of an assault that led to the arrest of Billy Folsom Harris, disputed claims by Harris' attorney that the two men were on Harris' property when the altercation took place.
