    A Huntsville woman was scheduled to appear in a Madison County, Ala., courtroom yesterday (Wednesday) for a violation of probation hearing from a previous robbery charge, but instead was sitting in the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton after being charged with robbery I in Atmore.     Flomaton's committee charged with developing a zoning plan for the town limits, which will be voted on by the town council, will hold its second meeting today (Thursday, Aug. 30) at town hall. The public is invited to attend.     The Century and Flomaton areas mourn the loss of 93-year-old Lloyd Barrow, a fellow citizen and long-time resident who not only received the outstanding citizen award in 2012, but had a major impact on his community and the people in it. Barrow died Friday, Aug. 20, and his funeral was held Wednesday, Aug. 25, and he was laid to rest in Oak Hill Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
