An Atmore man was charged with burglary III and theft of property IV after being accused of stealing a patient's file and other items at Atmore Community Hospital. Christopher Mike Dortch, 44, 1000 East Church St., was arrested Sept. 30 and transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
