    A second suspect has been arrested and charged with murder for the Aug. 17 shooting death of Brewton resident Aubrey McAllister 'Mackie' Jackson, 35. According to reports, Anthony Bradford, Jr., of Mobile was arrested Tuesday in Mobile following a car chase that ended with Bradford attempting to flee after crashing his car.     An Atmore man, supposedly suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, was arrested Tuesday and charged with making a terrorist threat and possession and distribution of a destructive device after officers found homemade bombs at his house.     Brewton police approached a suspicious vehicle early last Thursday at Sportsman Park that led to the arrest of a Spanish Fort man after officers discovered images on his cellphone of underage girls performing sex acts.     The Flomaton Town Council approved an employee pay scale that gives out raises based on experience and certifications with Town Clerk Carrie Moore saying the raises will average between 40 cents an hour to 57 cents an hour with a total estimated yearly cost to the town $25,000.
