A convicted sex offender in Escambia County, Ala., was booked into the Escambia County, Fla., jail Monday and charged with sexual battery on a woman inside her Century residence. Antonio Dywone Hartley, 28, with addresses listed in Atmore and Century was jailed on $10,000 bond. Two men and two women from Century were arrested Oct. 20 and charged with child neglect when deputies and an agent from the Department of Children and Family (DCF) observed what they described as deplorable and dangerous living conditions where the adults and six children were living.
