A 22-year old Atmore resident who was convicted in July, 2020, for enticing an 8-year old for immoral purposes is back in the Escambia County Jail on two counts of violating Alabama's Sexual Offender and Notification Act. Court documents show Robert Lee Stabler, 215 Virginia Drive, was 19-years old when he was charged with enticing a minor for immoral purposes. Monday night, the Jay Council tabled the Bray-Hendricks Park renovation plans after recent bids from several different construction companies came in much higher than anticipated. About two years ago, the park renovation was estimated to cost around $4 million.
