    An 18-year-old student at Hillcrest High School died last Thursday night after an altercation with another man left him with multiple stab wounds. The Evergreen Police Department received a call at 7:29 p.m. of a man who had been stabbed beside the road on Highway 83 North. Officers arrived and found Robert Lamar Baldwin, 18, unresponsive with multiple stab wounds.     The Escambia County (Ala.) Commission will vote on resolutions at its next meeting to re-elect Raymond Wiggins and chairman and Larry White as vice chairman, following a vote Monday.     An Atmore man out on bond on a 2019 theft of property I by deception charge was arrested Monday on theft of property I charges and had his original bond revoked, leaving him behind bars inside the Escambia County Detention Center. Christopher Michael Rowland, 39, 500 South Pensacola Ave., was arrested by officers with the Atmore Police Department and transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.     Last Thursday, the town of Century experienced a water leak when a water main running along Highway 29 broke right at the entrance to town hall, causing the library to close and canceling Santa's 5:30 p.m. scheduled visit.
