Willine Portwood Moseley, 82, of Montgomery, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017 after a brief illness.
Mrs. Moseley was a native of Jay and longtime resident of Brewton before moving to Montgomery in 1969. A 1952 Jay High School garaduate, she was a retired clerk from Jackson Hospital with 33 years of service and a member of Capital City Church of the Nazarene in Montgomery.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Brewton with Pastor Blake Mohling officiating. Burial followed at Dixonville Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Moseley is survived by her husband, Cecil Moseley of Montgomery; two sons, Earl (Marja) Cooper of Warner Robbins, Ga. and Steven (Katie) Allen of Deatsville, Ala.; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Moseley was preceded in death by one sons, Fred Rowell; her parents, James and Bessie Dixon Portwood; and three brothers, William L. Portwood, Robert Portwood and James I. Portwood
