The Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless (ARCH) will which serves Escambia County (Ala.) is one of 43 counties to receive a portion of $304,577 that Gov. Kay Ivey has awarded as part of $2.6 million in grants to help homeless Alabamians find immediate housing and to assist others who are in danger of becoming homeless. These funds will help ARCH continue its mission of Eradicating Homelessness in Rural Alabama.
