Celestine Arnold-Keyes, 66, of Atmore, died Thursday, March 30, 2018, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Ala.
Mrs. Arnold-Keyes was a native of Atmore and 1969 graduate of Escambia County Training School. After graduating from Alabama A & M in 1974, she moved to Hackensack, N.J. and worked for Federal Express for more than 25 years. She relocated back to Atmore in 2011 after retirement and became a member of the Empowerment Tabernacle Christian Center.
The funeral will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, April 7, at Empowerment Tabernacle Christian Center with Bishop Darryl North officiating. Burial will follow at Stallworth Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
Mrs. Arnold-Keyes is survived by one son, Lyndell Cedric Arnold of Atmore; one brother, L.C. Arnold of Atmore; and four sisters, Hattie (Edward) Curry, Mary Arnold and Ernestine Arnold, both of Atmore, and Annie D. Moore of Charlotte, N.C.
