Two arrested, third suspect being sought
The alleged victim of a Saturday night assault is now wanted on multiple drug charges, including chemical endangerment of a child.
The Flomaton Police Department has obtained warrants charging Kelley Lavon Bryan, 54, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (heroin), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), unlawful possession of marijuana II, illegal possession of a prescription drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and chemical endangerment of a child. Police say more charges are pending.
Bryan had been staying in a travel trailer at Lot 20, Gandy Trailer Park on Old Atmore Road and had an address of 3025 South Palmer Road, Uriah.
Flomaton Police Chief Bryan Davis said Bryan should be considered dangerous due to his previous history. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds with red balding hair and blue eyes. He is believed to be driving a red 2002 Ford Explorer XLT with Alabama tag 9924AY3.

Two other suspects living in the travel trailer were arrested Saturday night on the identical charges Bryan faces. They were identified as Tamara Findley, 35, and Jolien Loomis, 34.
Police were first dispatched to Gandy Trailer Park about 5 p.m. Saturday in reference to an altercation. Bryan claimed Javis Cain Grimes came to the trailer and began knocking on the door. Bryan said when he opened the door Grimes hit him over the head with an axe handle.
Police state that after being read his rights, Grimes, 33, 1590 Gilmore Road, Flomaton, admitted to hitting Bryan. Grimes was arrested and charged with assault II.
Police noted when they first arrived on the scene Bryan refused medical treatment.
During the investigation, police learned there were possible illegal narcotics inside the travel trailer that also housed two children. Police went back to the scene about two hours later to talk to Bryan, Findley and Loomis and found probable cause to obtain a search warrant. While waiting on the search warrant, Bryan complained about his head hurting and requested EMS to take him to D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton. Bryan was then transported to the hospital.
Police noted when the search warrant at the travel trailer was executed they found a closed room inside the camper were two children, ages 8 and 10 were playing unsupervised. Also in that room, officers stated they found multiple syringes, black tar heroin, meth, Xanax, prescription pills, marijuana, multiple pipes and weighing scales.
Police note Findley and Loomis were arrested at the scene but said Bryan had already left the hospital and could not be located. Police also said the Department of Human Resources was called due to the children being inside the trailer.
Chief Davis said a Be On the Look Out has been issued for Bryan's arrest. Loomis and Findley were jailed on $30,000 each. Grimes was jailed on $10,000 bond.
