Georgia Mae Peacock, 86, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 in Atmore.
Mrs. Peacock was a native of Monroe County, Ala. and had resided in Atmore for most of her life. She was a member of Little Rock First Assembly of God Church.
The funeral was held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Little Rock First Assembly of God Church with Bros. J.P. Lambert and Leo Kent officiating. Burial followed at Traveler’s Rest Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Peacock is survived by two sons, Joseph Lee (Mary) Lambeth of Brewton and George Jasper (Deborah Stacey) Lambeth of Atmore; two daughters, Nancy Mae Lambeth (Terry) Martin and Frances Regina McMillian, both of Atmore; three brot hers, Harold (Eloise) Peacock of Martinville, Ala. and Aubrey Peacock and millard (Jo) Peacock, both of Little Rock, Ala.; two sisters, Erbie Grace Rackhard of Chickasaw, Ala. and Ethel “Bonnie” Nabors of Atmore; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Peacock was preceded in death by her husbands Daniel Elijah Lambeth and James Franklin Peacock; and one brother, Johnny Higgins.
