Judy Faye Hobbs Durden, 63, of Brewton, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018 in a local hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Durden was a native of Brewton and former resident of Cantonment before moving back to Brewton. A graduate of Tate High School, Jefferson Davis Community College and the University of West Florida, she was a retired social worker from the State of Alabama and a member of the Baptist faith.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Weaver Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hutto officiating. Burial followed with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Durden is survived by her husband, Steve Durden of Brewton; one son, Kevin (Hillary) Durden of Brewton; one daughter, Melissa (Randy) Hoylman of Navarre, Fla.; two sisters, Charlotte Skipper and Debra Trotter, both of Molino, Fla.; and one grandchild.
