Thomas Barnett Arrington, 83, died Monday, April 1, 2019.
Mr. Arrington was born Feb. 13, 1936 and was a native of Flomaton, where he attended school and played football. He attended the University of Alabama and worked for more than 40 years in the oil field industry for various Hunt Companies and was a sport fan.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 4, at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Richard Ash officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Arrington is survived by his wife, Martha Ann Ash Arrington; two sons, Thomas L. (Belinda) Arrington of Flomaton and Mark Arrington of Navarre, Fla.; two daughters, Jennifer (Benny) McCurdy and Kelly Arrington of Birmingham; one brother, James D. (Margaret) Arrington; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
