Arnold L. Pugh, 89, of Oak Grove, Fla., died Thursday, June 6, 2019 in Jay, Fla.
Mr. Pugh was born July 31, 1930 to Elvis Berlin and Marie Bell Peterson Pugh in Pensacola. A member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, he was a U.S. Marine veteran and retired supervisor for many years installing power lines.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 9, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Roy Chewing officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Pugh is survived by his wife of 68 years, Erlene McCall Pugh of Oak Grove; two sons, Donald L. (Donna) Pugh of Cantonment and Darryl (Concha) Pugh of Canton, Ga.; one daughter, Connie (Steven) Hart of Oak Grove; and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Pugh was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers.
