Howell went back to his vehicle to write Arnold a citation for a revoked license and the Escambia County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit arrived on the scene.
The report noted the dog alerted on rear passenger side where Jackson was sitting. The occupants were removed from the vehicle and where Jackson was sitting in, officers found a glass pipe that contained meth residue hidden under the car seat.
