Violet Miller Graves, 87, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019.
Mrs. Graves was born Dec. 6, 1931, to Levi and Lena Miller in the Pineview community. She enjoyed cooking , gardening and fishing.
The funeral was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, at Craver's Funeral Home with Bro. Byrnes Pitts and Bro. James Peacock officiating. Burial followed at Beulah Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Graves is survived by two sons, Aubrey (Janice) Graves of Chipley and Danny (Jan) Graves of Brewton; two daughters, Judy George of Ninnekah, Okla. and Sheila (Troy) Watson of Crestview; one sister, Ruth (Hollis) George of the Pineview community; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Graves was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Stephen Graves; four brothers, Morgan Miller, Buddy Miller, Houston Miller and Eubie Miller; and three sisters, Hazel Williamson, Ola Bell Saxon and Ruby Adams.
