Tries to run over relative after destroying house, drugs found in car

A Flomaton man who allegedly tried to injure a relative with his vehicle now faces multiple felony charges including unlawful possession of spice.

Joesph Andrew Philyaw, 22, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with domestic violence harassment, domestic violence reckless endangerment, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (spice) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Flomaton police were dispatched at 2:07 p.m. Saturday in reference to a woman saying a relative had destroyed her property and endangered her with his car.
