The town of Century will receive as much as $35,200 in fees from the Capital Trust Agency (CTA) following the unanimous approval Monday, Nov. 18, to adopt three resolutions to allow the City of Gulf Breeze and the town of Century to sign the inter local agreement on three projects.
The projects are: the acquisition of 9 properties, 4 new projects and 5 refinanced projects, by GW Real Estate, LLC, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida for $47 million which will give the town a fee of $18,800; a charter school, Literacy, Leadership Technology Academy, to build a new educational facility in the Tampa, Fla. area, for $17 million which will give a fee of $6,800; and Team Success Project, a charter school project, to install a miniature golf course for their golf program, for $24 million to give the town $9,600. Each project serves a public purpose.
