With the lackluster impeachment hearings surely grinding to another failed attempt to depose President Trump, the Democrat media complex is again flummoxed on how to topple Trump. So finding the Orange Menace virtually invincible, they are turning their sights back to their real target, the average American people they loathe for their traditional values and they consider utterly backward and ignorant. Democrats and media despise Americans who support Trump insisting we are uninformed with misplaced trust in Trump, but what they really hate is that we are too dumb to accept socialism and an all-powerful government.
Democrats know they have a problem. Impeachment support has been steadily eroding since impeachment public hearings began. They have failed miserably to make any case that Trump should be impeached much less be removed. Swing state Democrats are already more nervous than turkeys during the holidays, but Democrats had to coral Detroit Democrat Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence who tried to bolt from the plantation. From a solidly safe Democrat district, Lawrence announced that there was not enough support for impeachment in her majority African-American district, so she would not support it. Democrats cannot afford any breach in African-American support, so within hours Speaker Pelosi told her what her constituents should be thinking and convinced her to reverse her position.
Democrats are desperate to destroy Trump, but they know they cannot defeat him at the ballot box. They know the current cast of characters running for the Democrat presidential nomination have absolutely no chance to defeat Trump in 2020. They won’t admit it, but the late entries of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Billionaire Michael Bloomberg are testament to the abject weakness of the field. Growing chatter about a Hillary Clinton rematch or surprise entry of Michelle Obama only prove Democrats have little confidence in their candidates, so they must find other means to beat Trump.
At the moment, the Democrat attack plan is impeachment, but they know this will also ultimately fail in the Senate. They will blame their failure to remove Trump from office on bigoted partisan Senate Republicans, but that will not be enough to sway the electorate in 2020. So they are back to an age old Democrat tactic; divide and polarize the voters by maligning half the country has intransigent ignorant idiots.
Hillary Clinton started this approach in 2016 when she said Trump supporters were a “basket of deplorables.” Disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok acerbically texted he could “smell the Trump support at Walmart.” Over the past three years, Democrats have been convinced anyone supporting Trump must certainly be stupid; and they haven’t been shy about telling us how dumb we are on social media. Hawaiian Senator Mazie Hirono summed it up when she declared Democrats have a difficult time connecting with voters because of “how smart we are.”
The deplorable meme backfired and Democrats calling people stupid is more like the kettle calling the pot black. So Democrats and their media henchmen have recently turned to a new tactic: Trump supporters are a cult. Trump has average Americans under the spell of his orange wavy hair, so we are unable to think for ourselves. Another highly offensive tactic, but remember Democrats hate you if you believe in individual rights and a sovereign America first.
Webster’s defines a cult as “a religion regarded as unorthodox or spurious” and “a usually small group of people characterized by such devotion.” So let’s examine who fits this description. Trump supporters are at least half the nation and quite likely much more. While they have confidence in his capabilities and satisfaction with his performance, most Trump supporters have some misgivings about his tactics and tweets; and awkwardly accept his aggressive brusque personality. So there is no cult of personality, but rather an endorsement of his agenda.
On the other hand, those demanding impeachment are a small loud rabid group of far left Democrats. And despite repeatedly failing to find any Trump malfeasance, this obnoxious minority is completely devoted to bringing down Trump at any cost. So who is the cult?
Democrats are the dog that caught the car, so they can’t back down now. They will most likely impeach Trump and he will survive the Senate trial. So their last hope is to shame you into believing they were somehow right. Just remember this dastardly scheme to divide the nation next time you vote.
