William Lloyd Cash, 72, of Semmes, Ala., died Thursday, April 27, 2020, at Providence Hospital in Mobile.
Mr. Cash was born in Brewton, Ala., Jan. 1, 1948, and had been a resident of Mobile for 38 years. Board-certified with OSHA, he was a contractor and was certified in real estate for residential and commercial. He was a carpenter who built his own homes and had won many salesman recognition awards. Of the Methodist faith, he was a member of Christ United Methodist Church of Mobile who had been on a team that won a state championship in softball.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, with Bro. Glenn Johnson officiating. Burial followed with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Cash is survived by his son's mother, Paula Goldy Cash; one son, Dayman Cash of San Francisco; five brothers, Barney (Irene) Cash of Century, George (Ann) Cash of Bay Minette, Gene (Aggie) Cash of Nashville, Tenn., Odell (Linda) Cash of Huntsville, Ala. and Shelby Cash of Pensacola; and four sisters, Joyce (Al) Erskin of Davida, Texas, Shirley (Wayne) Owens of Flomaton, Becky Cash of Pensacola and Linda Batte of Brewton, Ala.
