Louise O. Miniard, 93, died Wednesday, June 19, 2020, in a Pensacola hospital.
Mrs. Miniard was born in Conecuh County, Ala. to Jospeh Samuel and Olivia Oliver and had been a longtime resident of Montgomery before returning to the Castleberry area in 1997. A member of London Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher for preschoolers, she had worked at Hollywood Nut Products in Montgomery.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 13, at London Baptist Church with Dr. Larry Patterson officiating. Burial followed with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Miniard is survived by one daughter, Linda Alane Miniard of Castleberry; three sisters, Patricia Ann McNeil of Auburn, Wash., Norma Doolittle of Mobile and Ramona Joan Taylor of Theodore, Ala.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Miniard was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Miniard; one son, Dwight Miniard; her parents; two brothers, James Oliver and John Oliver; and other extended family members and friends.
