Keith Leslie Hawks, 57, of East Brewton, died Friday, July 10, 2020, in a local hospital following a brief illness.
Mr. Hawks was born Dec. 18, 1962, to Maurice and Claudia Jackson Hawks, in Flomaton and became a lifelong resident of East Brewton. A 1981 W.S. Neal High School graduate and U.S. Army/National Guard veteran, he retired from NuTex with 31 years of service. He was an East Brewton Auxillary Policeman and was on the Escambia County Alabama Rescue Squad.
A memorial service will be held at a later date with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hawks is survived by his wife, Christina Norris Hawks of East Brewton; two sons, Joseph Adkins and Eli Adkins, both of Brewton; four sisters, Sheila (Dale) Shipp of Brewton, Tina (Eric) Bryant of Fort Payne, Ala., Ann (Scott) Moody of Orange Beach, Ala. and Sharon (Chuck) Adle of Saraland, Ala.; three grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
Mr. Hawks was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Donald Jackson and Tommy Hawk.
