Everette “Earl” McCall, 79, of Brewton, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2020, at a local nursing facility.
Mr. McCall was born July 9, 1941, to Thomas Drew and Allie Mae Pugh McCall, in Brewton, where he became a lifelong resident of the area. He owned and operated McCalls Auto Sales for more than 20 years and had retired from the Brewton Paper Mill after 30 years of service. Of the Holiness faith, he was a pastor at North Brewton Independent Holiness Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 23, at Cooper Cemetery. Burial followed with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Mr. McCall is survived by one son, Darron (Tere) McCall of Ft. Myers, Fla.; three daughters, Crystal (Daniel) Vigliante of Lynn Haven, Fla., Sandi (Craig) Hodge of Crossville, Tenn. and Brianna Pettis of Brewton; three sisters, Erma Blair and Loki Rodriguez, both of Brewton, and Doris Mann of Pensacola; and nine grandchildren.
Mr. McCall was preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Ann Tompkins; his parents; and one brother, Elbert McCall.
