Flomaton native and WW I Medal of Honor recipient Corporal Sidney E. Manning was honored Saturday in Atmore with a resolution submitted by State Sen. Greg Albritton and State Rep. Alan Baker naming a section of Highway 31 between Flomaton and Atmore in his honor.
