Digmon arrested for her third time

Escambia County (Ala.) School Board Member Sherry Digmon was jailed and released for a third time on the same charges that accuse her of revealing secret grand jury information and of an ethics violation.

Digmon went to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton Monday afternoon to drop off paper work and was taken into custody, quickly processed and released.

Digmon's original bond was $100,000 on the ethics charge and $10,000 for releasing the grand jury information.

Under the new orders, Digmon's bonds were consolidated to $50,000.
