Montgomery accused of groping woman inside store and requesting nude photographs

A 53-year old Atmore man was arrested on felony charges of two counts of sexual abuse I and stalking II for allegedly trying to force himself on a woman working at an Atmore business.
Anthony E. Montgomery, 53, 2150 Jack Springs Road is accused of the offenses that apparently occurred on Dec. 5.
According to court records, Montgomery is accused of frequently sexually harassing a female employee at an Atmore business after the female advised him she was not interested in a relationship with him. The victim stated that Montgomery requested photographs of her vaginal area and requested to touch her breast.
Court records also note that Montgomery used his forearm to shove the victim into a shelving area and then grabbed the girl by her hair and grabbed her vagina.
Montgomery was transported to the Escambia County Detention Center and District Judge Eric Coale set his bond at $75,000.
